1. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

If canceled within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
2. Service Issues & Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

We may offer a redo of the service or partial refund based on the issue.
3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.
