1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • If canceled within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

2. Service Issues & Complaints

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

  • We may offer a redo of the service or partial refund based on the issue.

3. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.
